We conduct an in-depth understanding of customers' application scenarios, medium characteristics, pressure parameters, volume requirements, etc. We provide qualification documents such as manufacturing licenses and type test certificates, and answer customers' questions regarding pressure resistance, sealing performance, service life, etc. Then, we offer accurate quotations based on customized solutions, clarifying product parameters, acceptance criteria, warranty periods, and delivery cycles.

We establish a production progress feedback mechanism to synchronize with customers the progress of key processes such as material procurement, cutting, welding, and heat treatment. We support customers' on-site supervision to ensure that the production process complies with design drawings and specification requirements. Simultaneously, we prepare essential factory delivery documents, including product quality certificates, supervision and inspection certificates, strength calculation reports, installation and operation manuals, and safety accessory calibration reports, ensuring that all documents are complete and can be directly used for special equipment registration. We adopt professional special equipment transportation plans and implement comprehensive tank protection (anti-collision and anti-corrosion). If required, we can dispatch professional technicians to provide on-site guidance for equipment hoisting, positioning, and piping, coordinate the handover between installation units and customers, and ensure that the installation process complies with safety specifications to avoid equipment performance issues caused by improper installation.

Upon completion of installation, we conduct on-site commissioning, including air tightness tests, hydrostatic tests, and calibration of safety accessories (safety valves, pressure gauges, level gauges). We assist customers in applying for acceptance from local special equipment inspection and testing institutions, and guide them in applying for use registration certificates to ensure the legal commissioning of equipment. Within the warranty period, if damage occurs due to inherent quality issues of our equipment, we provide free repair or replacement. If equipment damage is caused by other reasons (such as human misoperation), we will promptly assist users in resolving the issue with paid services. After the warranty period expires, we continue to provide long-term technical services to users. We can also offer long-term supply of spare parts. During equipment operation, if users submit service requests, we will respond within 2 hours of receiving the notification and dispatch personnel to the scene within 24 hours to carry out work.
