For installation, place the main unit securely on a level concrete platform; the platform surface should be essentially horizontal, and a 5–8 mm thick rubber pad should be placed between the platform and the machine. The recommended platform dimensions are 700 × 500 × 550 mm (L × W × H). When lifting the unit for installation, use cotton ropes looped directly around the housing, placing soft padding (such as cork) where the ropes contact the housing to prevent damage to the paint finish; additionally, ensure the equipment is reliably grounded.
A test run is required after installation. Open the casing to inspect and strictly verify the three-phase, four-wire power supply voltage. After connecting the power, disengage the gearbox from the main shaft and start the timer/controller to verify that the mixing bowl rotates counter-clockwise; if the rotation is reversed, swap any two of the three-phase power lines. For newer models such as the JJ-20H, leveling feet are pre-installed; if the height is uneven, the nuts on the leveling feet can be rotated to make appropriate adjustments.
