High Pressure Air Storage Tanks

High pressure air storage tanks are pressure vessels designed for high-pressure pneumatic systems. They are used to store compressed air, stabilize pipeline pressure, reduce pressure fluctuations from air compressors, minimize equipment start-stop cycles, and separate condensate from compressed air.
Manufactured from pressure vessel-grade materials, the tanks are available in Q345R carbon steel, 304/316L stainless steel, 2205 duplex stainless steel, nickel alloys, and Hastelloy alloys. Design pressures range from 10–100 MPa with operating temperatures from -40°C to 200°C. Elliptical, dished, and hemispherical heads are available to suit different applications.

Product Overview

Every vessel undergoes sandblasting, pickling, passivation, and anti-corrosion coating before delivery. All welds are subjected to 100% non-destructive testing and hydrostatic pressure testing. Products are manufactured in accordance with GB150 and ASME Section VIII Division 1 standards, with a design service life of up to 30 years.

Manufacturing Advantages

Established in 1966, our factory has over five decades of experience in manufacturing pressure vessels. The production facility covers 22,054 m² and employs 65 production specialists. We hold complete Class I, II, and III pressure vessel manufacturing qualifications with an independent engineering team responsible for structural design and strength calculations.

Monthly production capacity reaches approximately 800 tons. Customers receive production photos and videos throughout manufacturing, while repeat orders benefit from shorter lead times. High pressure air storage tanks can also be manufactured according to project-specific requirements.
