Product Overview
A High-pressure helium gas storage tank is engineered for the storage, stabilization, and buffering of high-pressure, high-purity helium. It is widely used in helium leak detection systems, aerospace cryogenic testing, semiconductor leak testing, and specialized laboratory applications where gas purity and sealing performance are critical.
Due to the extremely small molecular size and high permeability of helium, the vessel is designed with optimized material selection, precision welding technology, and high-performance sealing structures to minimize gas leakage. Design pressures range from 10–100 MPa with operating temperatures from -40°C to 200°C. Material options include stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, nickel alloys, and Hastelloy alloys, while the internal surface is mirror polished and passivated to meet the cleanliness requirements of ultra-high-purity helium storage.
Every vessel undergoes rigorous helium leak testing before shipment and is manufactured in accordance with GB150 and ASME Section VIII Division 1 standards, providing a design service life of 15–30 years.
Key Features
- High-density welding combined with precision sealing technology significantly reduces helium leakage during long-term operation.

Commercial & Delivery Support
Flexible commercial solutions are available for both domestic and international customers.
Standard products require a 30% deposit with the remaining 70% paid before shipment, while customized equipment requires a 50% deposit with the balance settled after final inspection.
Volume-based pricing discounts are available for large orders, helping reduce procurement costs for long-term projects. Payments are accepted in both USD and RMB to support global and domestic transactions.
Customers may choose EXW, FOB, or DDP trade terms according to their logistics requirements. All export shipments are covered by cargo insurance, allowing insurance claims in the event of transportation damage.
Prototype manufacturing is available with reasonable sample charges, which can be deducted from future production orders according to the purchase agreement.
A standardized production scheduling system helps ensure on-time delivery, while repeat orders benefit from shortened manufacturing lead times.
High-pressure helium gas storage tank solutions can also be customized according to customer drawings, installation conditions, and project specifications.
