A High-pressure oxygen storage tank is designed for the safe storage of high-pressure oxygen and oxygen-enriched gases. It is widely used in oxygen generation stations, high-pressure oxygen supply systems, oxygen-enriched combustion processes, and industrial cutting applications, providing stable gas storage while maintaining consistent pipeline pressure.
To meet the strict safety requirements of oxygen service, the vessel is manufactured using oxygen-compatible pressure vessel materials, including stainless steel and pressure vessel-grade carbon steel. All oxygen-contact surfaces undergo comprehensive degreasing, pickling, and passivation to eliminate oil, grease, and contaminants that could react with high-pressure oxygen. Design pressures range from 10–100 MPa with operating temperatures from -40°C to 200°C. Multiple head configurations are available, and every vessel undergoes complete non-destructive examination, hydrostatic testing, and leak testing before delivery. Products are manufactured in compliance with GB150 and ASME Section VIII Division 1 standards to ensure safe and reliable long-term operation.
