Product Overview
A High-pressure spherical tank adopts a spherical pressure shell structure that provides excellent stress distribution and high-pressure bearing efficiency. Compared with conventional cylindrical vessels of the same volume and pressure rating, spherical designs can achieve higher structural efficiency with reduced material consumption, making them suitable for large-volume storage of high-pressure gases and liquefied media.
The vessel is manufactured using pressure vessel-grade materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, nickel alloys, and Hastelloy alloys. It supports design pressures from 10–100 MPa and operating temperatures from -40°C to 200°C.
The spherical shell is formed by precision fabrication of multiple sections and welded into an integrated structure. All weld seams undergo 100% non-destructive testing, while internal and external surfaces receive complete anti-corrosion and passivation treatments. Each vessel passes hydrostatic and leak testing before shipment and complies with GB150 and ASME Section VIII Division 1 standards, providing a design service life of up to 30 years.

Sample production is available with reasonable development charges, which can be credited toward future bulk orders according to contract terms. Flexible payment options are available, including RMB and USD settlement, with EXW, FOB, and DDP trade terms supported.
All exported equipment is covered by cargo insurance. In case of transportation damage, customers can apply for insurance claims to reduce procurement risks.
