Product Overview
A high pressure accumulator tank is a hydraulic energy storage pressure vessel designed for storing hydraulic energy, compensating pressure fluctuations, absorbing shock loads, and maintaining emergency pressure in hydraulic systems. It helps reduce frequent pump start-stop cycles, improve system efficiency, and maintain stable hydraulic output.
The equipment is widely used in steel plant descaling systems, especially for high-pressure water spraying applications in metallurgical production. Manufactured from Q345R, 304, 316L, and 2205 duplex stainless steel pressure vessel materials, the vessel supports design pressures from 10–100 MPa and operating temperatures from -40°C to 200°C.
The structure is optimized according to hydraulic impact conditions, with wall thickness calculated through strength analysis to improve fatigue resistance under repeated pressure cycles. All welds undergo non-destructive testing, and each unit passes comprehensive sealing and strength inspections before delivery. Products comply with GB150 and ASME Section VIII Division 1 pressure vessel standards.
Key Features
- Integrated energy storage and pressure stabilization design quickly releases stored hydraulic energy and reduces hydraulic pump operating frequency.
- Fatigue-optimized structure supports frequent pressure cycling and demanding industrial hydraulic applications.
- Capacity, connection interfaces, and installation dimensions can be customized for integration into hydraulic skid systems.
- Multi-layer corrosion protection allows reliable operation in both indoor hydraulic stations and outdoor equipment installations.

Applications
Suitable for:
- Engineering machinery hydraulic systems
- Metallurgical high-pressure hydraulic stations
- Injection molding equipment
- New energy hydraulic testing machines
- Offshore hydraulic equipment
- High-pressure water testing systems
- Machine tool hydraulic stabilization units

Installation & Technical Support
After delivery, professional engineers can provide on-site assistance for lifting, installation, pipeline connection, hydraulic commissioning, and safety accessory calibration, including pressure gauges and safety valves.
During commissioning, technical personnel provide operation training for customer teams, covering equipment operation procedures, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting methods. Customers can also receive guidance for establishing equipment management procedures and operating records.
Each unit is supplied with a dedicated service card containing service contacts and support information. Regular follow-up communication is provided to monitor equipment performance. The complete system includes a one-year warranty, with free repair or replacement for manufacturing-related quality issues during the warranty period.
The high pressure accumulator tank can be customized according to hydraulic system requirements, operating conditions, and installation specifications.
