Product Overview
A Large pressure vessel is designed for large-scale chemical, energy, and industrial projects requiring high-capacity storage and processing of high-pressure gases and liquefied media. With vessel diameters ranging from DN2000 to DN4000 and wall thicknesses of 50–250 mm, it is suitable for large-flow, high-volume, and high-pressure operating conditions.
The equipment supports design pressures of 10–100 MPa and operating temperatures of 30°C to 280°C. The main body is manufactured using pressure vessel-grade materials such as Q345R, 15CrMoR, 304 stainless steel, and 316L stainless steel. Depending on project requirements, segmented fabrication and on-site assembly solutions can be provided to overcome transportation limitations for oversized equipment.
All welding seams undergo 100% RT/UT non-destructive testing. Before delivery, each vessel is subjected to segmented pressure testing and overall leak testing to ensure structural reliability. The product complies with GB150 and ASME Section VIII Division 1 pressure vessel standards, with a design service life of 15–30 years.
