Product Overview
The Forged High Pressure Vessel is manufactured using an integral forging process, which eliminates longitudinal welding seams compared with conventional welded pressure vessels. This structure provides higher pressure resistance and improved safety for extreme operating conditions, including ultra-high pressure, corrosive environments, and frequent pressure cycling applications.
The vessel is designed with a pressure range of 10~100MPa and an operating temperature range of 50℃~600℃. It can be manufactured with high-strength forged materials such as 16MnⅢ, 20MnMoⅢ, and 15CrMoⅢ, with optional 304Ⅲ and 316L stainless steel forgings according to application requirements.
After integral forging, the vessel undergoes professional heat treatment for stress relief. All circumferential welds are subject to 100% non-destructive testing. Hydraulic testing and gas tightness testing are performed under strict quality control standards. The equipment complies with GB150 and ASME VIII.1 pressure vessel standards, with a designed service life of 15~30 years.
Key Advantages
- Integral forged cylinder design without longitudinal welds reduces the risk of leakage and cracking under ultra-high pressure conditions.
- Uniform and dense forged grain structure provides excellent resistance to hydrogen embrittlement and fatigue stress.
- Wide temperature adaptability with strong resistance to high-temperature creep, suitable for hydrogenation and high-pressure reaction processes.
- Compact forged structure for small-diameter pressure equipment and integrated skid-mounted testing systems.

Applications
- High-pressure fine chemical reaction systems
- Hydrogenation experimental equipment
- Oil and gas downhole sampling systems
- High-pressure material synthesis
- Military high-pressure testing equipment
- Semiconductor high-pressure gas supply systems
- Laboratory ultra-high-pressure reaction equipment
Manufacturing & Service Advantages
The factory is equipped with dedicated forging production lines, heat treatment facilities, and independent machining capabilities for high-pressure forged components. All forging raw materials are sourced from qualified steel manufacturers, with complete material certificates and inspection reports provided for each batch.
The company holds professional manufacturing qualifications for Class III forged pressure equipment and can independently complete forging, normalizing, tempering, and quenching processes without outsourcing. Before production, the R&D team performs mechanical simulation analysis to identify potential internal defects such as segregation and porosity, ensuring stable operation under demanding conditions.
