Product Overview
A High-pressure carbon dioxide storage tank is designed for the safe storage of high-pressure gaseous carbon dioxide. It is widely used in carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) projects, dry ice production, carbonated beverage processing, chemical synthesis, and other industrial applications. The vessel provides reliable gas storage while maintaining stable system pressure.
Since carbon dioxide can form weak acidic compounds in the presence of moisture, the vessel can be manufactured from corrosion-resistant materials including 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, nickel alloys, and Hastelloy alloys. Design pressures range from 10–100 MPa with operating temperatures from -40°C to 200°C. Multiple head configurations are available to meet different installation requirements.
All welds undergo 100% non-destructive testing, while every vessel is subjected to both hydrostatic and leak testing before shipment. Internal surfaces are pickled and passivated to improve corrosion resistance. Products are manufactured in accordance with GB150 and ASME Section VIII Division 1 standards, providing a design service life of 15–30 years.

Manufacturing & Quality Assurance
Our manufacturing facility is equipped with a complete range of pressure vessel production equipment, including plate rolling machines, CNC plasma cutting machines, automatic submerged arc welding systems, welding manipulators, heat treatment equipment, non-destructive testing equipment, and hydrostatic as well as pneumatic pressure testing systems.
From raw material inspection and plate forming to welding, heat treatment, and final testing, every manufacturing process is completed in-house without subcontracting, ensuring consistent product quality and production control.
The factory maintains a stable monthly production capacity of approximately 800 tons and is capable of manufacturing multiple large pressure vessels simultaneously. Every batch of raw materials is verified before production, while dedicated quality inspectors monitor each manufacturing stage. Every finished vessel receives comprehensive inspection before shipment.
