Product Overview
A High-pressure shock absorber is a specialized pipeline pressure damping vessel designed to reduce vibration, pulsation, and pressure impact in high-pressure fluid and gas systems. It effectively minimizes high-frequency vibration caused by pumps, compressors, and reciprocating equipment, helping protect pipelines, valves, instruments, and welded connections from fatigue damage.
The vessel is manufactured using pressure vessel materials such as Q345R, 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, and 2205 duplex stainless steel. It supports design pressures from 10–100 MPa and operating temperatures from -20°C to 200°C, making it suitable for compressed air, industrial gases, and various process fluids.
An internal flow distribution and buffering structure is integrated to improve damping performance. All weld seams undergo non-destructive testing, and each unit is subjected to 100% hydrostatic and leak testing before shipment. Products comply with GB150 and ASME Section VIII Division 1 standards, with a design service life of 15–30 years. Complete internal and external corrosion protection ensures reliable operation under continuous vibration conditions.
