Product Overview
A High temperature and pressure vessel is designed for extreme operating conditions involving both elevated temperature and high pressure. It is developed for high-temperature synthesis, hydrogenation cracking, high-temperature media storage, and other demanding industrial processes where conventional pressure vessel materials cannot meet long-term service requirements.
The vessel supports temperature ranges from 120°C to 850°C and pressure ratings up to 100 MPa. Advanced heat-resistant materials, including 15CrMoR, 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, 2205 duplex stainless steel, Inconel 600, and Inconel 800H alloys, are available to resist high-temperature creep, hydrogen corrosion, and oxidation-related damage.
Specialized welding procedures are applied during manufacturing, followed by post-weld stress relief heat treatment to reduce residual stress and improve structural stability. Each unit undergoes high-temperature condition strength verification before delivery and is manufactured according to GB150 and ASME Section VIII Division 1 standards, providing a design service life of 15–30 years.
Key Features
- Heat-resistant alloy materials provide excellent resistance to high-temperature creep and hydrogen corrosion for continuous operation up to approximately 800°C.
- Stress-relief heat treatment after welding reduces thermal stress and improves resistance to deformation and cracking during long-term operation.
- Optional thermal insulation layers and external heating or insulation jackets are available for continuous high-temperature production environments.
- High-temperature safety accessories, including temperature monitoring systems and specialized relief devices, can be integrated for complete system solutions.

Applications
Suitable for:
- Coal chemical hydrogenation units
- Petroleum cracking processes
- Advanced material high-temperature synthesis
- Metallurgical high-temperature pressure testing
- Nuclear power heat exchange systems
- Aerospace high-temperature testing
- Fine chemical catalytic processes
- High-temperature waste treatment equipment

High-Temperature Engineering Support
Before production, dedicated engineers analyze operating temperature, pressure, and corrosion conditions to provide customized material selection recommendations. Technical documents including high-temperature strength calculations and thermal stress analysis are available to help customers select suitable designs.
Prototype development is available with a typical lead time of 15–30 days, and the minimum order quantity starts from one unit. Different vessel sizes and configurations can be combined within the same order.
During manufacturing, customers can receive production photos and videos covering key processes such as heat treatment and non-destructive testing. Remote production monitoring is supported when required.
Each vessel is delivered with specialized installation and maintenance documentation, including high-temperature operation guidelines, startup procedures, and cooling requirements to help prevent equipment damage caused by improper operation.
The High temperature and pressure vessel can be customized according to process conditions, operating temperature, pressure requirements, and installation environment.
