Product Overview
A High-pressure seawater tank is designed for offshore engineering and high-pressure seawater processing systems. Since seawater contains high concentrations of chloride ions that can cause pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion, the vessel is manufactured using highly corrosion-resistant materials such as 2205 duplex stainless steel, 2507 super duplex stainless steel, nickel alloys, and Hastelloy alloys to improve long-term durability in harsh marine environments.
The equipment is designed for pressure ranges of 10–100 MPa and operating temperatures from 10°C to 200°C. It is suitable for offshore high-pressure water intake systems, seawater desalination pipelines, and seawater circulation systems on offshore oil and gas platforms.
After welding, the vessel undergoes sandblasting, pickling, and passivation treatments for enhanced corrosion protection. All welds are inspected using non-destructive testing methods, and every unit passes 100% hydrostatic and leak testing before delivery. Products comply with GB150 and ASME Section VIII Division 1 pressure vessel standards, with a design service life of 15–30 years.
Key Features
- Marine-grade corrosion-resistant alloys provide excellent resistance against chloride ion corrosion and reduce maintenance frequency.
- Internal passivation treatment helps prevent pitting corrosion and intergranular corrosion caused by seawater exposure.
- Large-capacity and high-pressure customized designs are available for offshore platforms and compact skid-mounted systems.
- External marine-grade anti-corrosion coatings provide long-term protection against salt spray and harsh outdoor environments.

Applications
Suitable for:
- Offshore oil and gas platforms
- Seawater desalination systems
- Marine high-pressure water circulation systems
- Offshore equipment testing
- Offshore wind energy projects
- Coastal chemical cooling systems
