Product Overview
A High-pressure buffer tank is a general-purpose pressure vessel designed to stabilize pressure and absorb pulsation in high-pressure gas and fluid systems. It helps reduce pressure fluctuations, smooth flow variations, and protect compressors, pumps, valves, and pipelines from pressure surges, thereby improving system stability and extending equipment service life.
The vessel can be manufactured from carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, and special corrosion-resistant alloys. Design pressures range from 10–100 MPa with operating temperatures from -40°C to 200°C. It is suitable for compressed air, nitrogen, hydrogen, and a wide range of industrial gases and process media. Multiple head configurations are available to accommodate different installation requirements.
Every vessel undergoes 100% non-destructive examination, hydrostatic pressure testing, and comprehensive quality inspection before shipment. Products are manufactured in accordance with GB150 and ASME Section VIII Division 1 standards to ensure safe, reliable, and long-term operation.
Key Features
- Proven structural design suitable for a wide variety of high-pressure gas and fluid applications.

Inspection & Export Support
Customers are welcome to monitor production at our factory, while third-party inspection agencies such as SGS and BV are fully supported throughout the manufacturing process. Engineering drawings, material certificates, and non-destructive testing reports can be provided in advance for project review and approval.
Each vessel is delivered with complete documentation, including quality certificates, NDT reports, strength calculation reports, installation and operation manuals, and calibration certificates for safety accessories. These documents support equipment registration, export customs clearance, and project documentation requirements.
Export products are packaged according to international shipping standards with moisture-resistant and impact-resistant protection. Standard products are typically delivered within 15–30 days, while customized equipment is scheduled according to project complexity. During production, customers receive regular photos and videos to monitor manufacturing progress.
High-pressure buffer tank solutions can also be designed and manufactured according to customer drawings and operating conditions.
