Product Overview
A High-pressure argon gas storage tank is specifically designed for storing high-purity and high-pressure argon in industrial gas systems. It is widely used for centralized argon supply, welding protection, plasma metallurgy, and specialized laboratory applications, providing stable pressure regulation, gas buffering, and storage capacity management.
The vessel is manufactured from pressure vessel materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, nickel alloys, and Hastelloy alloys. For high-purity argon applications, the internal surface can be mirror polished to minimize contamination and maintain gas purity. Design pressures range from 10–100 MPa with operating temperatures from -40°C to 200°C. Elliptical, dished, and hemispherical heads are available to accommodate different installation requirements.
All welds undergo 100% non-destructive testing, while every vessel is hydrostatically tested before delivery. Products are manufactured in accordance with GB150 and ASME Section VIII Division 1 standards, providing a design service life of up to 30 years.
