The Fixed Tube Sheet Type Heat Exchanger is a commonly used shell and tube heat transfer device featuring a rigid connection between the tube bundle and tube sheets. It offers a simple structure, stable heat transfer performance, and economical manufacturing cost.
The equipment supports design pressures from 0.8~35MPa and design temperatures from -40℃ to 400℃. Heat transfer areas range from 2~5000㎡. Available materials include carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, and duplex stainless steel according to different operating conditions.
The shell, tube bundle, and welding structures undergo strict inspection procedures. The equipment complies with GB151 heat exchanger standards and is supplied with complete pressure vessel documentation. The designed service life reaches 15~30 years.
