Product Overview
The Large LPG Storage Tanks are designed for storing liquefied petroleum gas under normal temperature conditions. Since LPG is a flammable and explosive medium, the equipment is manufactured according to strict hazardous chemical pressure vessel requirements.
The tank adopts Q345R and 16MnDR low-temperature pressure vessel steel, with a design pressure of 1.77MPa and working pressure of 1.6MPa. The operating temperature range is -40℃~80℃.
After welding, the cylinder undergoes stress-relief heat treatment, and all weld seams receive non-destructive testing. The tank is equipped with interfaces for fire protection, pressure relief, and liquid level monitoring. Complete internal and external corrosion protection ensures long-term safe operation with a designed service life of 15~30 years.
