Product Overview
The Industrial Hydrogen Storage Tank is a low-pressure hydrogen storage solution designed for conventional hydrogen production plants, distributed hydrogen stations, and medium-sized hydrogen applications. Compared with ultra-high-pressure hydrogen storage systems, this equipment focuses on economical and reliable hydrogen storage under normal industrial conditions.
The tank is designed with a pressure range of 2~10MPa and a working pressure range of 1~9MPa, with a design temperature of 60℃. Considering hydrogen permeability and hydrogen embrittlement characteristics, the vessel adopts Q345R and 304 hydrogen-resistant materials.
The cylinder welding seams undergo precision non-destructive testing, while the internal surface is polished to reduce hydrogen penetration losses. Each unit passes strict gas tightness testing before delivery, providing reliable long-term operation with a designed service life of 15~30 years.
