Product Overview
The Compressed Air Holding Tank is a standard pressure vessel used in compressed air systems for pressure stabilization, air storage, and moisture separation. Compared with high-pressure air storage equipment, this model is designed for general industrial air compressor systems.
The tank features a design pressure range of 0.8~10MPa and a working pressure range of 0.5~9MPa, with a working temperature of 40℃. The vessel is manufactured using Q345R or 304 pressure vessel steel. The cylinder body is formed through integrated rolling and welding processes and equipped with standard drainage and pressure relief interfaces.
Before delivery, each unit undergoes hydraulic pressure testing and gas tightness inspection. The internal surface receives anti-corrosion treatment to reduce rust formation, improve compressed air quality, and help separate condensed water from the air system. The equipment complies with GB150 pressure vessel standards and provides a designed service life of 15~30 years.
