Product Overview
The Freon Storage Tank is a pressure storage vessel designed for refrigeration refrigerants, suitable for various refrigerants including R32, R22, R410, R404A, R152a, and R134a.
The equipment is designed with a pressure range of 3~6MPa and a working pressure range of 2.5~5.5MPa, with a design temperature of 60℃. The tank body is manufactured using Q345R and 16MnDR low-temperature pressure vessel steel, while the internal surface is passivated to prevent contamination of refrigerant media.
All welded seams undergo non-destructive testing, and each unit is tested through both hydraulic pressure testing and gas tightness testing before delivery. The equipment meets refrigeration industry pressure vessel requirements with a designed service life of 15~30 years.
