Product Overview
The Large Propane Storage Tanks are specially designed pressure storage equipment for liquefied propane applications. Since propane is a flammable medium with low-temperature storage requirements, the tank is manufactured using Q345R and 16MnDR low-temperature pressure vessel steel to ensure safe operation under demanding conditions.
The equipment features a design pressure of 1.77MPa, a working pressure of 1.6MPa, and an operating temperature range of -40℃~80℃. After welding, the tank body undergoes stress-relief heat treatment, and all welding seams are inspected through non-destructive testing.
The internal surface is treated with hydrocarbon-resistant anti-corrosion technology to improve durability during long-term outdoor storage. The equipment complies with GB150 pressure vessel standards and provides a designed service life of 15~30 years.
