The Nitrogen Tank Storage system is designed for industrial nitrogen storage and pressure buffering, mainly supporting small and medium nitrogen generation systems. Unlike high-pressure nitrogen storage equipment, this product is optimized for conventional industrial inert gas supply applications.
The equipment features a design pressure range of 2~10MPa and a working pressure range of 1~9MPa, with a design temperature of 60℃. The tank is manufactured using Q345R and 304 stainless steel materials, with a clean and passivated internal surface to prevent contamination.
All welding seams undergo non-destructive testing, and standard interfaces for pressure gauges and safety valves are provided. The equipment ensures stable operation with minimal gas leakage and meets general industrial pressure vessel acceptance requirements.
