Product Overview
The Offshore Storage Tank is specially designed for offshore platforms, offshore wind power facilities, and marine engineering applications where equipment must operate under high humidity, high salt spray, and high chloride environments.
The tank is designed with a pressure range of 2~10MPa, working pressure of 1~9MPa, and design temperature of 60℃. The main body can be manufactured using marine-resistant Q345R and 304 stainless steel, with duplex stainless steel available for higher corrosion resistance requirements.
The equipment adopts a heavy-duty marine anti-corrosion coating system and compact structural optimization for limited offshore installation spaces. All welding seams undergo 100% non-destructive testing, and simulated salt spray testing is performed before delivery.
The product complies with GB150 and ASME pressure vessel standards, providing reliable performance with a designed service life of 15~30 years.
