Product Overview
The Floating Head Type Heat Exchanger is designed with a floating tube bundle structure that allows free thermal expansion and contraction, effectively reducing thermal stress caused by large temperature differences.
The tube bundle can be completely removed for cleaning and maintenance, making it suitable for industrial applications involving corrosive, contaminated, or scaling media.
The equipment supports a design pressure range of 0.8~10MPa, temperature range of -40℃ to 400℃, and heat transfer area from 2~1000㎡. Various corrosion-resistant materials are available depending on process requirements.
Before delivery, both shell side and tube side undergo independent hydraulic and sealing tests. The equipment complies with GB151 heat exchanger standards and is widely used in demanding chemical processing environments.
